(optical jukebox), the Plasmon AA-238 Archive
Appliance is an Enterprise-level Network-Attached
storage device that combines 14TB of secure, reliable,
optical storage, with a built-in Network-Attach
Storage server, up to 4TB of hard drive space
for high-performance disk caching, gigabit Ethernet
interface, and jukebox management software to
manage the archival of data to the jukebox.
For larger organizations that need to store up
to 14TB of data for regulatory compliance, the
Plasmon AA-238 Archive Appliance is a cost-effective
Network-Attach storage solution that will meet
long-term data retention requirements for laws
such as SEC 17a-4, NASD 3510 & 3520, Sarbanes-Oxley,
and HIPAA, to name a few.
